Are there any suppliers that sell 125 gallon STARTER KITS? And how would you clean such a tank? Siphoning?

I saved up enough money from babysitting and winning money at the science fair, along with some unspent birthday money, I now have $225. I know that I can easily afford a 55 gallon fish tank. o yea and btw, im not buying a stand, i'll just use bricks instead and cover them up with something more pleasant, so all im looking for is a tank, heater, and filter, gravel and plants shouldnt cost too much, and i can get fish 1 by 1down the road. I'm turning 14 at the end of the month, so my savings are gonna go up 100 bux, that's bout 325 bux. And I will if i hav to, but I'm not so keen on lugging around 50 pound buckets of water, I hav a plan of having a siphon attached to a long hose that goes out to the yard, that allows me to water the gr and clean the fish tank at the same time. thanks
