How do I go about getting married in a Catholic Church that is not my home church?

My fiancee and I are both Catholic. We are both outdoorsy types but live in a city. We found an area that is beautiful where we would love to get married that is about 2 hours away from our home. How do we go about convincing a Catholic Church in that area to marry us, considering that we have no true connection to that Church/area other than our fondness of the location and desire to be married there?
