Has anyone ever heard of Sid Master's Civilization?

A computer game that came out approx. fifteen years ago. Player begins with settlers and creates a complex Civilization by building cities and the society within while competing against the computer or others online ie: war, space race, diplomacy. Civ 4 is out.
