Will dark tired saggys eyes eventually go away?

i actually got mine from boxing around...my eyes were fine untill then,,, the next day after a backyard brawl (ive been a few lol) i noticed that this particular black eye was worse than the other ones ive recieved which eventually just went away,,,ppl were saying i looked tired and i told them its a typical thing ater a bloody brawl, but a few months later there still here...not as bad but a deffident bother.. now ive stoppd fighting because of it because now. i look terrible because of these pesky saggy sad eyes im always wearing, my question is how come boxers recieve these huge black eyes and theres go away and mine havent? and how long will it take if ever to go away if i keep taking care of them,, if theres any boxers or anyone with some knowledge on this itd be very helpfull!!! how do i get rid of these im too younge for them and no they dont run in my family, i was fine before this so.. thank you for your answers.
