Do you believe that empty hands techniques came from weaponry ?

I'd have to think barehanded techniques came first given the proof in evolution, the ancestors of humans didn't start using tools till they developed opposable thumbs,Weapons we're originally hunting tools as opposed to a method of warfare, In terms of combat histroy between early humans we would ume they had shouting matches, then things got physical and they would crudely grapple and use what many would consider dirty techniques , biting ,hair pulling gouging wtc. , then they started throwing strikes , the smaller more fragile humans in these confrontations then developed the idea of using tools they had used for hunting would be used to defend themselves in a confrontaion, I don't know which was the first weapon to be used , it might've just been a really sharp rock or a blunt one bashed into the opponents skull, but one thing is certain from this mindlesss rabbling I have done for the past 10 lines , Humans developed bare handed methods of combat before they developed weaponry
