There is one in Airway Heights about 10 minutes from the Spokane International Airport it is operated by an Indian Tribe. There is also a casino about 40 miles Northeast of Spokane on Hwy 25 which is just North of the town of Davenport, Two Rivers Casino. This casino is operated by the Spokane Tribe of Indians.
