Can anyone please help me determine the attitude and tone in this page?

I've never had to use 'attitude' in any rhetorical ysis before so you're kinda stuck with that one, but tone I can help with. The first page uses rhetorical questions and appositives, along with selective diction, to create a dignified and florid page. The second also uses rhetorical question, but focuses more on syntax. The page also uses more selective word choice than the first ("toothpase tube squeezers"). The page is dignified, eloquent, and florid. Good luck!
