Does anyone know how to find al breezy?

my boyfriend used to have his cd but we lost it in a move and now we cant figure out how to find this guy he was and underground rapper at one point and he has a song that goes like this "in my concrete jungle where you pay high rent" if anyone knows how to find this guy please please let me know :)
