Help think my tiger barb has swim bladder?

i went away for week vac, and someone failed to take care of my fish, 1 of my barbs died upside down attached to the filter, so I did a tank cleaning and yes conditioned my water, anyway today I noticed 2 tiger barbs (big and fat, so don't know if bloated) are swimming nose downward, shaking erratically trying to keep itself from floating to the top of tank and upside down. now my daughter told me she saw my green barb do the same thing and propped itself sideways to a piece of driftwood, she did nothing and my green barb is fine. should i leave them and see what happens or isolate them(if isolate them..put in a bowl with same water from tank or what). is this swim bladder problem or something elese?
