Okay, so my name is Anabel i'm 19 and I weight 330 pounds. I know it's totally disguing,I grosse myself out. I need to loose weight fast! I been on the internet and found diets that say loose 10 pounds in 3 days... or loose 10 pounds a week. Are they true is it possible? Any ideas you ppl have I dont care if its unhealthy. I starve myself sometimes I eat chicken I only drink water and green tea and im taking canadian flaxseed. Please help.
