If I were to double major in college, would I receive two degrees or just one single degree?

Hello everyone, I am currently going into my senior year at UM Amherst and am majoring in Nutrition, which is a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree. However, I am contemplating adding Communication as my secondary major, which is a Bachelor's of Arts (BA) degree. Now I have heard various answers in the past regarding whether or not someone graduates with two degrees for double major or a single degree with both majors listed, however, since one program is a BS and the other is a BA, would I still graduate with just one single degree with both listed (and would that make it a BS, BA, BSA etc) or would I graduate with two different degrees (a BS and BA)?
