My mom is abusive but she hides it up by being nice to outside people and buying stuff?

oh my goodness.. this is terrible. i'm truly sorry for what you're going through. if you don't want to go to DSS, try avoiding your parents for most part of the day e.g. get a job. you can start saving to get your own small place, something you can afford. please continue studying and get your grades that'll enable you to apply for university scholarships so that you wont have to rely on your parents paying for anything. i ume you're almost done with high school. and try to find someone you can talk to about this..a School counselor? another friends parent? does anybody else know about this? please talk to someone! you cant just ume they wont believe you. it's for your own safety.
