Need 2 hire art designer 4 custom fabric,no money-how 2 ask him to help/work but on commission/royalties?

Just like that, because you wouldn't want him to quit his current job if he needs money or something. He'd have to do the designs after his main job...you know, something like that. That's usually when I do art projects...after I get home from work.
